Shipping Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• New Zealand: 2–5 business days

• Australia: 5–10 business days

• International: 4-10 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and can occasionally change due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays and customs processing. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once your parcel has been dispatched. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
