Our Story

The Glow girl journal was inspired by a guided journal my mum got me when I was about 9 years old. It was really beautiful and the prompts were creative and fun and I couldn’t find anything similar out today.

When I decided to create my own I also wanted to include prompts that would help girls create healthy mental habits that strengthen confidence & resilience. Becoming a mother, I really started to think and care about the wellbeing of all children and what I could do to help.

So I created a guided journal with simple, engaging prompts that teach healthy mental habits — helping girls build confidence and resilience, no matter what challenges they face, that is also just fun.

Our mission is to help girls develop healthy mental habits, set goals, become confident, resilient, creative — and have fun!

  • We have turned the glow girl journal into a wonderful ritual right before bedtime. Working through the prompts is such a positive way to end the day. It allows us to solidify all the beautiful individual traits my daughters have and helps them feel proud of exactly who they are.
